Our goal is to ensure that every person—regardless of background, life circumstances, or personal beliefs—has access to high-quality medical care and support. We focus on removing barriers to care, promoting health literacy, and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique clinical situation.
Through patient education, thoughtful advocacy within the bounds of professional standards, and a commitment to ethical practice, we work to improve health outcomes across our community.

Website update
Prism Family Medicine is committed to serving our underserved community members. Unfortunately, the passing of H928 and its subsequent signing into law by Governor Little requires an update to our language. While we remain dedicated our work in diversiry, equity, inclusion, and justice, we will no longer be allowed to use those words in public-facing spaces like this website after July 1st and still have the ability to allow patients with medicaid to be seen in this office. We do not want our lowest income community members to lose access to us. While we have reached out to the ACLU regarding the obvious violoation of our freedom of speech, we have been informed that they do not have the bandwidth to take on our case.
This bill does require that the Gender Tour be taken down as it falls under the broadly defined prohibited DEI conduct and training in H928. We will keep it up until the last possible moment and will look for another place for it to be publicly available.
