Empowering Health
Through Inclusivity and Compassion
Accepting new patients!
Our Mission
At Prism Family Medicine, our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and accessible health care rooted in clinical excellence and respect for every individual. We are committed to creating a professional environment where all patients are treated with dignity and fairness, and where care is delivered based on medical evidence, individual needs, and merit.
Our goal is to ensure that every person—regardless of background, life circumstances, or personal beliefs—has access to high-quality medical care and support. We focus on removing barriers to care, promoting health literacy, and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique clinical situation.
Through patient education, thoughtful advocacy within the bounds of professional standards, and a commitment to ethical practice, we work to improve health outcomes across our community.

Website update
Prism Family Medicine is committed to serving our underserved community members. Unfortunately, the passing of H928 and its subsequent signing into law by Governor Little requires an update to our language. While we remain dedicated to our work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, we will no longer be allowed to use those words in public-facing spaces like this website after July 1st. These changes ensure our ability to continue seeing our lowest income community members on medicaid in our clinic. While we have reached out to the ACLU regarding the violation of our freedom of speech, we have been informed that they do not have the bandwidth to take on our case.
We have and will continue to make changes on our website over the coming months in preparation for H928. The Gender Affirming Care package has been renamed the “Gender Care Package”. Our mission statement has been rewritten to remove DEI language. The Gender Affirming Resources Section has been renamed “Gender Resources”.
This bill does require that the Gender Tour be taken down as it falls under the broadly defined prohibited DEI conduct and training in H928. We will keep it up until the last possible moment and will look for another place for it to be publicly available.
Thank you for your understanding.
