No show Policy

Non-Medicaid Funded Visits:

A $60 fee will be applied to your account for any no show or last-minute reschedule/cancelation.

Medicaid-Funded Visits:

Patients who miss an appointment or reschedule/cancel at the last minute will be restricted to making same-day appointments only for the following six months, starting from the date of their missed appointment

Recurrent No Show or Last-Minute Reschedules/cancelations:

Patients who have three no shows or last-minute reschedule/cancelations within a one-year period may become ineligible to receive care at Prism Family Medicine.

To improve appointment access and lower costs, we've set a policy for no-shows and last-minute changes. A last-minute change is any appointment change made within three hours of the scheduled time.
