Arrival time:

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time to complete any necessary paperwork and ensures that your appointment begins promptly

Required Documentation:

Be prepared to pay any fees or copayments at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Please note that a $2 fee will be applied for credit card transactions.

Returned checks will incur a $20 fee added to your account.

Payment Information:

Late Arrivals:

If you anticipate being late, please call our office as soon as possible to inform us of your situation. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notification will be classified as a No Show.

To avoid the consequences associated with No Show appointments, you may have the option to reschedule for a later time the same day, provided you call ahead.
